You have lost weight at least once before – on purpose or not. Maybe you were sick or busy. You felt a very specific way.
You didn’t feel stuffed, lethargic, and tired.
You felt hungry, lean and awake.
Now recreate that feeling for thirty days and amazing things will happen to your body. Not just your belly will look better. Your face, your arms, even your hands will look strong and hungry.
Fat is there to fuel you through trying times with little food. Create some trying times and under eat. You’ll come out of it looking like a wild animal.
